Blue for Hitchcock

Various food textures, including popcorn, rice and fruit, combined in complicated ways. The image was not coloured blue; this was the result of the combining process.

Named in honour of Alfred Hitchcock, who once served entirely blue food at a dinner party. (Story also here).
